The 14th Annual Theodore D. Veru Honors Symposium and Banquet
Held March 31, 2008 @ 5:00pm in Wilde Auditorium and then the 1877 Club. This signature event in the extracurricular calendar of the Barney Business School was made available by the financial generosity of Mr. Peter Veru. Peter is an alumnus of the business school, Class of 1985, and a member of the Board of Regents of the University of Hartford.
The Symposium in its 14th iteration featured a presentation of Ms. Vivian Pfeiffer, a senior vice president and regional director of the historic auction house Christie's, which positions itself as a "showcase for the unique and the beautiful".
Ms. Pfeiffer was introduced in the web cast of the proceedings by Mr. Veru from the Campus of George Washington University.
