Bharat R. Kolluri is Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics, Finance, and Insurance at the University of Hartford, where he has taught since 1976. He also taught at Andhra University in India and at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Dr. Kolluri has presented papers in a number of professional organizations including American Economic Association, Econometric Society Meetings, Financial ManagementAssociation, and International Symposium on Forecasting. His current research activity deals with interest elasticity of savings among OECD countries, public expenditure growth, common stock returns and the expected rate of inflation.
